Custom solutions may be agreed upon in writing depending on client needs.
Eligibility and User Responsibilities
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Bangladeshi law. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during project onboarding.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
- Not misuse our services or engage in unlawful activities using our solutions.
Project Process and Delivery
- All project timelines, deliverables and payment milestones will be mutually agreed upon before the project starts.
- Changes to the project scope after initiation may lead to revised timelines and costs.
- Final deliverables will be submitted upon successful completion and full payment.
Payments and Fees
- Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the project quotation or invoice.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile banking, or other agreed methods.
- A non-refundable advance (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the final deliverables (such as code, designs, videos, etc.) will be owned by the Client, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Tizaraa IT retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
Confidentiality
- We treat all client information and project data as confidential.
- No information will be shared with third parties without written consent unless legally required.
Revisions and Maintenance
- Minor revisions are included within the project scope as defined in the contract.
- Additional revisions or post-launch maintenance will be charged separately, unless part of a service agreement.
Warranties and Limitations
- We strive to deliver high-quality, error-free work. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or digital platforms.
- Tizaraa IT is not liable for damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the misuse of the products/services delivered.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Projects may be canceled with a written notice. However, payments already made are non-refundable.
- If Tizaraa IT fails to deliver as agreed without valid reason, a partial refund may be negotiated.
Third-Party Tools and Services
- We may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., payment gateways, plugins) based on client requirements.
- We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data issues caused by these third-party services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if:
- The client breaches these terms.
- Payments are overdue beyond 30 days.
- The project involves unethical, illegal or harmful activities.
Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, we encourage mutual discussion first.
- If unresolved, the matter will be handled according to the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
- Jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Dhaka
Changes to These Terms
Tizaraa IT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
